What is in Embracer’s current portfolio?
The group's current website identifies two operating segments: Fellowship Entertainment and Embracer. Fellowship brings together franchise development and uses of intellectual property across games, film, television, publishing and consumer products. The Embracer segment contains businesses with their own audiences and specialisms. The group's highlighted portfolio includes Tomb Raider, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Dead Island and The Lord of the Rings, spanning both brands and licensed properties. [1]
Has Fellowship Entertainment already separated?
Embracer's May 2026 announcement proposed a separate Stockholm listing for Fellowship Entertainment in 2027, subject to shareholder approval and other conditions. It introduced the two reporting segments ahead of that proposed separation. The current group website still presents both segments together. Coffee Stain, by contrast, became separately listed in December 2025. These dates matter when using older descriptions of Embracer's portfolio or comparing its structure with other games groups.
