Two parks within one destination
Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea offer different themed environments within the same destination. Oriental Land’s business description groups the parks together in its Theme Park segment. Investment in attractions, guest services and supporting infrastructure develops the resort experience across repeat visits, rather than treating each ride or individual park as a separate listed business. Hotels and supporting facilities
The Hotel Business segment includes Disney-branded hotels, while the Other Business segment includes the Ikspiari shopping and restaurant complex and the Disney Resort Line monorail. These operations extend a guest’s visit beyond admission to a park. The company’s corporate profile identifies both Maihama and Shin-Urayasu headquarters locations in Urayasu and names Disney Enterprises as a business partner. [2] [1]
